Legal Warranty and Defect Policy
As per the Civil Code, Robostore LT is responsible for addressing any physical or legal defects. If a defect is discovered, the Buyer has the following rights:
- To request a price reduction.
- To withdraw from the purchase, unless the defect is minor.
- To request a replacement with a defect-free product.
- To have the defect rectified.
Please note that the Complaints Department of Robostore LT will address your complaint within 14 calendar days from the date it is received. For physical defects, warranty liability applies for two years from the delivery date.
Right of Withdrawal Information
Under current legal regulations, Consumers may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 30 days without providing a reason. This period begins when the Consumer or a third party (other than the carrier and nominated by the Consumer) takes possession of the goods.
Returns are permissible only for Consumers (not directly related to business or professional activities), not for Customers (purchases directly related to business or professional activities) as per §4 of our Regulations.
Complaint and Return Process
To file a complaint or return, please follow these steps:
- Review our complaint and return policy.
- Contact us at [email protected].
- Read the response we send you.
- Securely pack the defective product.
- Send the package to our address, including a completed form and proof of purchase.
Complaint Procedure Guidelines
For an efficient complaint process:
- Confirm the product is defective before sending it.
- Complete the complaint form and include it with your return.
- Attach proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation).
- Pack items securely to prevent further damage.
- Robostore LT will not accept collect deliveries.
- Shipping costs for returned items will be reimbursed after the complaint is approved, using the least expensive shipping option.
- Please return the complete product, including all accessories. Incomplete returns will be sent back at the sender’s expense.
- Unauthorized repairs invalidate the right to complain.
- Complaint resolutions will be communicated via email.
Goods Return Policy
To initiate a return:
- Notify us of your decision to withdraw with a clear statement.
- Complete the return form (or a similar declaration) and attach it to your return.
- We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, once we process your withdrawal. Note that additional costs due to non-standard delivery options chosen by you are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 14 days after your withdrawal notification, using the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
- We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of its return, whichever is earlier.
- Please return the item no later than 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal and ensure it is well-packed.
- The Consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and functionality.
Returning your purchase acknowledges acceptance of these conditions.
