Motion control

  • Motion Control: Refers to the techniques and processes that manage the movement of parts of a robot or its entire structure.
  • Self-balancing Car Algorithm: Enables a robot car to maintain balance on two wheels by automatically adjusting its tilt and angle in response to changes in its center of gravity.
  • Odometry Algorithm: Calculates the position and orientation of the robot by analyzing the motion of its wheels or other components, commonly used in navigation.
  • Robotic Arm Motion Algorithm: Controls the precise movements of a robotic arm, enabling tasks like picking, placing, and manipulating objects with high accuracy.
  • Quadruped Locomotion Control Algorithm: Manages the movement of four-legged robots, optimizing stability, gait, and adaptation to different terrains.
  • Wheeled-leg Locomotion Control Algorithm: Integrates features of both wheeled and legged designs, offering versatile movement capabilities that combine speed and terrain adaptability.

Vision

  • QR Code Recognition: Enables the robot to scan and interpret QR codes, extracting embedded data like URLs or contact details.
  • Facial Recognition: Identifies and verifies individual faces, useful for personalizing interactions or security measures.
  • OCR (Optical Character Recognition): Converts images of text into machine-readable text, useful for reading signs, documents, and labels.
  • License Plate Recognition: Identifies vehicle license plates from images, useful for security and parking management.
  • Facial Feature Recognition: Detects specific features on a face, such as eyes, nose, or mouth, often used in emotion recognition or augmented reality.
  • Gesture Recognition: Interprets human gestures, enabling the robot to respond to physical signals or commands.
  • Color Recognition: Detects and identifies colors, useful for tasks requiring sorting or quality control.
  • Posture Recognition: Analyzes the body position of individuals, useful for applications in fitness, health monitoring, or surveillance.
  • Custom Model Training: Allows for the training of specialized AI models on custom data sets to perform specific tasks or improve existing functionalities.

Speech

  • VAD (Voice Activity Detection): Identifies whether sound is human speech, enabling the robot to respond when spoken to.
  • ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition): Converts spoken language into text, allowing the robot to understand and process spoken commands.
  • TTS (Text-to-Speech): Converts text into spoken audio, enabling the robot to communicate verbally with users.
  • NLP (Natural Language Processing): Processes and understands human language, helping the robot interpret and generate responses based on complex language inputs.
  • 360° Far-Field Speech Recognition: Detects speech from any direction around the robot, ensuring it can hear and respond to users speaking from various positions.

Open Source Ecosystem for Unlimited Creativity

UGOT supports third-party open-source hardware like Micro Bit, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi, enhancing its versatility. Users can also create custom robots using DIY components, supported by an open Python SDK for further development.

Extended Battery Life for Unrushed Learning

Equipped with a 2600mAh battery, UGOT offers up to 2 hours of continuous usage, facilitating extended AI learning sessions.
